THE ADVENTURE
This is a custom tailored trip, bringing you to the best shark diving hot spot in the World. The winter season means the return of the very large tiger sharks to Tiger Beach and December marks the beginning of great hammerhead season and the return of our resident hammerheads. This is an all inclusive live-aboard dive adventure aboard the M/V Dolphin Dream (an 85' x 26' Ocean Expedition Vessel).

TRIP ITINERARY
Day 1 -
Arrival Day. The M/V Dolphin Dream is located at the Riviera City Beach Marina. You must be on board the ship before 6PM. Today we do the customs paper work and get you settled into your rooms. The crew will prepare dinner for you and departure time for the Bahamas is after 10 PM.

Day 2 - We arrive at West End, Grand Bahamas sometime after 7AM to check in with customs. Once we clear customs, we will travel to Tiger Beach dive site. After we arrive, (normally around 1PM) we will begin chumming for tigers and lemons. The first dive site, we will visit is called Tiger Chain. It is 20 feet deep. This is where we will spend the rest of the day. Here we will do a two tank dive. First dive is a check out dive (gear, cameras, weights). Second dive is a lemon shark encounter. With the possibility of encountering our first tiger sharks of the trip.
*Please note; Tiger Beach is not an actual beach. It is a shallow sand bank. The area we visit is called Tiger Beach. Within that area, there are many dive sites that the different dive boats use. The dive sites our boat visits are called 'Tiger Chain' and 'Fish Tales'

Day 3 - We will move locations to a dive site called Fish Tales, (40 feet deep). When we arrive, we begin chumming for tigers. We have 4 planned dives today. First dive will be a check out dive. The following three will be shark feeding dives. Depending on conditions, we may possibly do our first night dive today. (Please note, you are NOT required to do every dive.)

Day 4 - 6 - We will dive again at Fish Tales. 4 dives are planned. Every dive will be a shark feed.

Day 7 - Our final day of diving at Fish Tales. Today we schedule 3 shark feeding dives. 2 morning dives, and one after lunch for our final dive of the trip. We will depart to Florida after dinner. Normally around 6PM.

*PLEASE NOTE, if the great hammerheads at Tiger Beach are a no-show, we will go to Bimini to dive with their great hammerheads for the final two days of diving.

Day 8 - (Departure Day) -  We arrive back in Florida, around 6AM. We have a US customs appointment at 9AM. After we clear customs,  we will return to our marina at 9:30AM. If you are flying out of West Palm Beach International, you can make your return flights after 12 noon.
*If flying out of Miami, please make your return flights after 3pm.

How close do you want to get? You do not have to get close if you do not want to. But for those of you that seeking out a close up shot of tigers and great hammerheads, we can help you capture those close up moments. We, of course, always have two safety divers in the water with you - at all times - to ensure that you are safe. Because, the goal is; “everyone gets the story, everyone goes home.”

TIGER SHARKS
We are going to spend 4 days at Tiger Beach. Located around 20 miles off West End, Grand Bahamas, Tiger Beach is the best place in the World to encounter tiger sharks in clear, shallow water.  These are organized shark dives. We use chum and bait to attract the sharks in. The tiger sharks that annually visit this area, return year after year. Over the years we have gotten to know many of these sharks very well. Tigers are not the only sharks we see here, there is also large aggregations of lemons and Caribbean reef sharks that visit this area. Occasionally you can also see nurse sharks, bull sharks and great hammerheads. There truly is no place in the world like Tiger Beach.

GREAT HAMMERHEADS
Two days may be spent at Bimini Island with the elusive great hammerheads, if the great hammerheads do not show up at Tiger Beach. Bimini Island is the only place in the world where great hammerhead sharks consistently  return, year after year. We have been visiting this mega hotspot for the past 4 seasons. It is a relatively new place. Well, the locals new about for many years, but wanted to keep it a secret and understandably so. However nothing this amazing can stay a secret for too long. Once the world found out, we had to see this for ourselves...and we were not disappointed. This place is just magic. It may also be possible to see nurse sharks and bull sharks as well.

SHARK FEEDS
These are baited dives. We use chum and fish parts to attract the sharks. The reason we do is to get the sharks to come in close so that everyone has an opportunity to video and photograph these sharks. Before we dive, we give everyone a safety briefing on how and where to position themselves in the water for the safest experience. Safety is everything on these dives, so we only bring down enough bait to offer up a snack for the sharks, which keeps them focused on the bait box. Allowing you to comfortably capture your images.
